1. Agreement to Terms

By placing an order with Royal Invitations via WhatsApp, Email, or this Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Service Delivery

Royal Invitations provides digital, animated video and image invitations. Our standard delivery time for a first draft is between 24 and 48 hours, commencing from the moment we receive all required text, photos, and payment confirmation.

The final product is delivered digitally via WhatsApp or a high-quality cloud download link (e.g., Google Drive) as an MP4 or JPEG file.

3. Revisions

We strive for perfection. Every order includes up to two (2) complimentary rounds of revisions. Revisions cover text changes, photo swapping, and background music changes. Structural changes to the animation template itself may incur additional custom design fees.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing clear, accurate, and spell-checked text for your invitation. While we copy-paste the exact details provided to prevent errors, we are not liable for typos present in the original material you submit.

You confirm that you own the rights to, or have permission to use, any photographs or music you ask us to incorporate into your invitation.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive a license to distribute the final digital video/image for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., sending to friends and family). Royal Invitations retains the copyright to the underlying animation files, templates, and caricature artwork.
