• To design, review, and finalize your digital invitation video or image.
• To communicate effectively with you via WhatsApp or email regarding drafts and revisions.
• To process payments securely.

3. Data Sharing & Security

We respect your privacy. Royal Invitations does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or media to third parties. Your data is only accessible to our design team. We implement standard security measures to protect your digital files from unauthorized access.

4. Portfolio Usage & Opt-Out

We take pride in our artistry. Occasionally, we may feature anonymized or generic versions of final digital invitations on our website, YouTube channel, or social media for portfolio purposes. If you wish for your event invitation to remain entirely private and excluded from our public portfolio, please notify us during the order process, and we will honor your request completely.

5. Data Retention

All event media (photos, textual drafts) and project files are permanently deleted from our primary servers 30 days after the final high-definition video has been delivered and approved, unless you request an extended retention period for future events.
