Refund Policy

1. Digital Nature of Our Products

At Royal Invitations, we create custom digital artwork and video animations specifically tailored for your event. Because our products are entirely personalized and digital, they cannot be returned or reused once delivered.

2. Non-Refundable Phase

Due to the extensive labor and custom design hours involved, we do not offer refunds once the initial draft video has been created and sent to you for review.

If you are unhappy with the draft, we will utilize your complimentary revision rounds to adjust the design, text, or music until you are completely satisfied with the outcome.

3. Cancellation & Full Refunds

You may request a full refund if you decide to cancel your order before the design process has commenced. Typically, this is within 2 hours of placing the order and submitting payment. Please message us on WhatsApp immediately if you need to cancel.

4. Errors and Omissions

If a factual error is made on our part (e.g., we misspelled a name despite you providing the correct spelling), we will correct the error immediately at no cost to you, even after final delivery. This does not constitute grounds for a refund, but rather a prioritized correction.
